Up since 5, way too early for my day off.

another rainy day ---really needed in area due to fires ---still on massive NO BURN rules . Told next week kids day at stadium over 3000 tickets .Adding more $1.00 packs . Really need junk cards anybody needs to move = TRADE ?. Stadium gets % of sales . Had to cancel trip out of town game due to weather . Soon pool work = chemicals $$$$ plus some work I can't do .

I make 3 some time 4 of those trips a night. Side effects from radiation treatment.

Afternoon all! Quarterly training this morning. Phishing emails, sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace. We do the same training every year. Different each quarter. It's good for new hires but 30 years in I have it memorized.

Where I used to work hired new sales manager Italian from NYC with five kids. Told my dad to tell me when he trapped a possum . So I called him to say I had something for his wife to fix for supper . Took live possum to home = kids had never seen one --- He took several co-workers and me to NYC for Yankee baseball game lower level up from first base against Red Sox then to local bar [set us up ] kidded about OUR accent .

A pharmaceutical I worked for in Cambridge Mass. had a contest where each department had to write a short story on how good they worked together. Our shipping department won. The prize was that we were invited to the company's corporate suites above 3rd base at Fenway Park. The ceo of the company was there. He introduced himself. All the other big shots from the company didn't want anything to do with us. They had all kinds of amazing food you could think of. Including shrimp the size of your hand. The Red Sox players were acting like little babies and didn't want to play. They mostly stood around watching the ball roll by them. They didn't like their manager. It was fun to be able to do something like that. They didn't have just one suite. They had two right together.

Pharmaceutical companies whine and cry on how much it cost them to make new drugs. Don't believe their bs. They make a sh*t load of money.

I worked for NAPA 24 years managed warehouse for years also worked at stores -started we had 12 stores topped out t 24 .I answered over 100 phones a day . Then i worked at a crappy company = we made toilet paper = 14 years . Only had 6 jobs with pay checks = shot pool / played poker year or two . Most fun was bartender / waiter = met future wife there =46 years ago
