It's embarrassing. It's 2012, we have these space-age things called computers with companies and websites that know exactly when packages will arrive. Ship according to the calendar...you know...that thing the rest of the world understands.
If Taiwan takes 6 days to arrive and Wichita Falls takes 3 days...ship to Taiwan 3 days earlier. If UPS delivers early...XXXXX at them.
To tell someone who paid in full, buys in bulk to not open a product in their hands of which they are hoping to make money on is clownlike.
It's a Topps problem...not a buyer problem.
