I just surpassed 300 Darryl Kile cards. I'm at 308/560 to be exact. (55%) I'm down to only two or three base cards and a butt-ton of parallels.
Have any other semi-star player collectors found the new eBay setup to be annoying? I used to have to sift through 30-40 listings but now the eBay Store items are all mixed in and it is a cluster#*$% to sort. I'm also convinced that the 2010 Topps Sterling auto will never be pulled because people stopped opening it after the first week of release. I'm also convinced that the 2002 Topps Gold card does not exist.
But I digress. Here are some highlights from the first 300 cards. Share some of your favorite semi-star player's cards!
The obligatory RC. 1990 Bowman Tiffany (the Chrome of the early 90s).
1992 Leaf Black Gold. The parallel craze begins (for me).
1994 Pinnacle Museum Collection. Dufex!
1994 Score Gold Rush. Hey, I'm allowed to be sentimental about the 90s!
1997 Flair Showcase Legacy Row 1. The only Legacy I've managed to get so far.
1998 Circa Thunder Rave
1998 Studio Silver Press Proof. These are actually harder to find than the golds.
1999 Stadium Club Press Plate Black. I still owe Sam Banks for this one.
2000 Skybox Star Rubies Extreme. I wish these looked half as good in person as they do scanned.
2002 Topps Heritage Chrome. The toughest card to find in the Chrome set. This card gave many set collectors nightmares.
2002 Upper Deck 40-Man Electric Rainbow
