Help! Diagnosing 1982 Topps #610 Rickey Henderson Blackless/Pastel Error

Hey guys - need some help from you experts. Picked this up at a show today and pretty certain it is one of the errors. To my eye the giveaway is the pastel pink looks off and the inside greenish border looks kind of bluish, same for the A’s name next to it above Rickey’s name. Is this the blackless variation that I have? Also if you are knowledgeable and have a value assessment let me know...From prior convos on Collectors Universe and net54 I just read up on this seems to be a very desirable, rare error. Thanks!

Definitely not blackless, there would be no auto or black border around pic if it was.

Looks more faded than anything.
