No. I called upper deck in 1999 after opening 10 cases I got from K-Mart in 1999. And not getting one in those 10 cases. I was told hobby only on the Prime Choice Reserve. I asked why it was not listed as such on the packs. The person on the phone could not give me an answer. They sent me 5 random ones in the mail. All bums! The last 5 cases I have not opened. I knew the manager at the K-Mart. He sold all he had left at $5 a box. He got tired of the boxes getting opened in the back of the store. He fired 10 employees over that. What a time that was. I like it better in 1998 when he did the same thing on all the cards. 1998 collectors choice boxes and 1998 Donruss. those were 2 great years for me. At the time even at $5 a box it was cheaper to buy the hard rare insert cards at a show I. E. The instant win cards and the StarQuest home run cards serial numbered to 100. But not now. wish I would have kept them all.
