1. Jeremy Hellickson 2006 Bowman Chrome
Comments: Another great start for Hellickson this week and a lot of publicity on ESPN as a result. Hellickson’s cards continued to move up, particularly the lower end like base chromes. A base chrome 9.5 sold for $23.50 this week and lots of base chromes were garnering $5 per card.
Building on last years success, FCB will produce another set commemorating this years National Show in Baltimore. The 2010 version will feature mini “tobacco style” cards and will have a throw back look and feel. There will also be a parallel set, limited to 100 copies each. This parallel will feature an alternate background depicting Baltimore’s inner harbor at night.
In addition to this card set, there will be cards of our three autograph guests Dirk Hayhurst, Junichi Tazawa, and Josh Bell.
