Product Preview Spotlight: 2010 Razor MMA

With the rising popularity of Mixed Martial Arts in the mainstream sports world, it was only a matter of time before the sports collectible companies took notice.  Long gone are the days where the only autographs and trading cards came from the PRIDE organization and overseas companies.  Now, each of the major companies are putting out their MMA set(s), to satisfy the fans’ need to get closer to the action.  While the UFC has inked a partnership deal to market their organization and fighters, that’s only a portion of the MMA landscape. Those rights are not exclusive and they do not include many of the great names from around the Mixed Martial Arts world.

Enter 2010 Razor MMA.

After taking over a year of perfect planning, Razor Collectibles have developed the ultimate MMA card release.  Set to release in early September, 2o10 Razor MMA will feature some of the most legendary names in the sport, including the first mainstream release with legendary fighter — Fedor Emelianenko.   Other notable names to be on the checklist are Forrest Griffin, Rich Franklin, Gina Carano, Brock Lesnar, Chuck Liddell, Randy Couture, and over 90+ other fan favorites.  Almost half of the 100 fighter checklist will be their first autographed release.  The checklist will span throughout the UFC, Strikeforce, Bellator, DREAM, and PRIDE.

Get ready for one of the most anticipated and popular releases of the year!

why does everyones signatures look the same?

are those fake sigs photo shopped in just for the sell sheet?

  2. El Toro says:

The set looks good, I’ll be sure to build a set. I’m a bit irritated by the sticker autos. I can’t see these guys charging an arm and a leg for their autos. Hopefully it’s just the sell sheet and most are on card.

  3. cgilmo says:

If on card is your thing wait for the second MMA release from razor. This is a sticker product.

  4. El Toro says:

haha, I’m not waiting, I did that with the Topps first release. I do want to know what the difference is between the international and regular version, besides the cases being numbered.

  5. JimmyD says:

there is a promo sheet out there that explains the difference between the two versions, i think it is just subsets
